All calories are NOT created equal or I’d just eat cake. IT MATTERS
Things like “1g protein per pound of bodyweight” are stupid. What if ½ my weight is FAT and I'm 6" shorter. How about goals, age, daily activity level, body type, training volume, body fat, muscle mass - IT ALL MATTERS
You can’t just eat ALL protein or ALL fat or ALL Carbs… so how much of each one should you be having FOR YOU and your specific goal. Most have no clue.. but I can tell you.

If you get your foods, macros and calories right, can you just eat it all in 1 meal a day? 2? 4? 9? How long between meals? What about whether of not you’re hypo or hyper glycemic? Can your body actually use it the way you’re eating it? – IT ALL MATTERS
For instance; your body can't just “store” lots of extra protein to use later. If you eat too much the excess WILL turn to sugar, (Gluconeogenesis) and then it can/will be stored as fat, causing other inflammatory issues. Anyone ever tell you that?
Do you really understand that?
What about working out vs Training?
How about your form, sets, reps?
Do You Know you what types of training are ideal for your specific goal?
What about injuries, rehab, physical limitations?
-IT ALL MATTERS
If you’re trying to lose body fat then lifting weights isn’t gonna do the trick. How many obese people do you see lifting weights every day. Then you have hormones, body types, schedule, physical limitations etc.
My point is “Cookie cutter” doesn’t work unless you’re ok with being in the 99%
